SPOOKR BOT & WEBSITE
Terms of Service
Last updated: October 19, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Spookr Discord bot, website, and dashboard. By adding or using Spookr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service and remove the bot from your server.
Eligibility and other terms
You must be allowed to use Discord under Discord’s terms and applicable law. Your use of Discord is also governed by Discord’s own terms, policies, and rules. If these Terms conflict with a requirement imposed by Discord or applicable law, follow that requirement.
Using the bot and dashboard
You may use Spookr for lawful management and support of Discord communities. You are responsible for your Discord account, your server, the settings you choose, and the content you configure or post through Spookr. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it to violate another person’s rights or the rules of Discord.
To use the dashboard, sign in through Discord and have permission to manage the server. Keep your account secure and revoke Spookr’s Discord authorization if you no longer want it to access your server list.
Server administrator responsibilities
Server administrators decide whether to enable welcome messages, AutoMod, activity logs, auto-roles, tickets, and custom commands. Administrators are responsible for selecting appropriate rules, channels, and roles; checking that the bot’s permissions are suitable; informing members about relevant moderation and logging; and reviewing the bot’s actions. Spookr’s automated features may not identify every issue or may act unexpectedly, so administrators remain responsible for their communities and moderation decisions.
Messages, tickets, and music streams
AutoMod checks message content in memory only when enabled for a server. Spookr does not save message contents, but it may delete messages that match configured rules and send event summaries to the server’s chosen Discord log channel. Ticket conversations are handled in Discord and are subject to Discord’s terms and retention practices.
Voice music accepts direct HTTPS Ogg/Opus audio streams only. Spookr does not extract audio from YouTube, SoundCloud, or other music-platform pages. You must have permission to play and share each stream in your server and are responsible for the URLs you submit and for respecting applicable rights and provider terms.
Changes, availability, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue some or all of Spookr at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or permanent availability. You may stop using Spookr at any time by removing it from your server and signing out of the dashboard. We may restrict access if use violates these Terms, applicable law, or Discord’s requirements.
Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, Spookr is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Spookr and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of data, or service interruption arising from use of the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Discord relationship
Spookr is an independent service and is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with Discord Inc. Discord and its marks belong to their respective owners.
Changes and contact
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. The current version and effective date will be available on this page. Questions can be sent to support@spookr.net.
